New article on mobile advertising
Another article of mine has appeared in MIT's Technology Review. It discusses the acquisition of Enpocket by Nokia, and how this affects the state of online advertising.
Also, somewhat related, one of Douglas Crockford's main points in his recent discussion of the state of AJAX is that because of the fast 2-year replacement rate and increased control over the environment (versus PCs), mobile devices may lead the introduction and acceptance of new Internet-based technologies.
